WHY IT MATTERS Hatchett had served as interim chief information officer at Cleveland Clinic since August 2023, when the health system's  then-CIO Matthew Kull  left for Inova Health System. As interim CIO, Hatchett had already earned experience with a portfolio of responsibility including oversight of over $500 million in ongoing projects, health system integrations, hospital constructions, capital projects and IT operations. Previously, Hatchett had served as the clinic’s associate CIO, where she oversaw its Enterprise Applications and Growth portfolio.
